Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

• Bookings must be made in writing via email, phone, or through our online booking system.
• A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
• All prices are subject to change without notice and are quoted in USD.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any cancellations or interruptions to your trip.

Arrival and Departure

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Late check-out may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
• Early check-in may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

4. Maximum Occupancy

• The cabin is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of X guests.
• Overcrowding is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Children of all ages are considered guests and must be included in the total occupancy.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed at the cabin.
• Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.

Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin and on the property.
• Any evidence of smoking inside the cabin will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $500.

Damage and Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning fees incurred during their stay.
• The property owner shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from any cause whatsoever.
• Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected events or circumstances.

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and to keep noise levels to a minimum.

Housekeeping

• The cabin will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.
• A mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Linens and towels are provided.
